Abundance Flows


Welcome to Day 24 of The Heart Whisper Gratitude Challenge

Today’s Card:

Today’s card Waves of Prosperity from Magical Mermaids and Dolphins Oracle Deck is so appropriate for today. We have 7 days to go and the next 7 days  we will focus on abundance and how abundance opens the doors to gratitude even wider.

Abundance is a feeling and we need to embrace the feeling of being abundant by celebrating in the moment when we notice the abundance flowing in. I know when I first started on this journey I met my mentor Michael Losier, the author of Law of Attraction, The Science of Getting More of What You Do Want and Less of What You Don’t and he gave me an abundance exercise from the book to do on becoming truly conscious of the abundance in my life.

Today’s Activity: 

It is all about Allowing more Abundance to flow into your life.

Abundance is a feeling and we need to embrace the feeling of being abundant by celebrating in the moment when we notice the abundance flowing in.

We are surrounded by abundance in our lives everyday. Sometimes when there never seems to be enough time in the day we can miss seeing and feeling the abundance that we do have. When we begin to record the small things that happen on a daily basis we have reference point to refer back to.  So if we are having an OFF day and feeling that we don’t have enough we can open our journal and be reminded of the abundance we have been experiencing.

 You  can write these in your gratitude journal or might like to start a new journal just for recording you abundance,

abundance journalI sometimes make a small booklet from one sheet of paper that I keep in my wallet.

When you have you journal ready start to note down any instances of abundance that you have attracted into you life. You can do this as it occurs or at night before you go to sleep. This is usually when I do mine along with my gratitude journal.

Today I observed 5 ( or more) things that show me proof of the abundance I have in my life.

This is a sample from one of my pages :

Monday 1/7/14

Abundance flowed into my life today. I attracted abundance when:

  1. A friend bought me coffee
  2. I was given a free bunch of spinach at the farmers markets
  3. I had a free coaching call via skype.
  4. A friend shared with  me how I had helped her become calm  and she sent me a thank you email.
  5. I got a free session on using social media

Tuesday 2/7/14

Abundance flowed into my life today. I attracted abundance when:

  1. My beach coach helped me get clarity on a new product
  2. I feel so abundant every day when I walk on the beach
  3. I won $10 on a scratchie I bought today.
  4. Happy dance time email from Paypal saying you have got money!- I love these.
  5. I loved the sun today feeding my bones and giving me my vitamin D hit

Now celebrate when you notice abundance, celebrate the evidence of it in you life. Do a happy dance, say: Look what I attracted to me! Do this every day for the next 7 days and share any ahas in the comments

Daily Activities: 

  • Write down five things you are grateful for today- maybe focus on being grateful for times in your life that have had you walking a different path
    Count your blessings one by one as you started to on Day 6. 
  • Use Hoʻoponopono if you need to relax, center yourself  or to be forgiving of you.
  • Breathe in Love Breathe out gratitude from Day 16
  • Still using your gratitude rock?  I was reading today the Lee Bower  suggest you use your gratitude rock daily: Say  the phrase: Everyday I choose to be in an attitude of gratitude. I get to chose how each day begins and receive the positive energy that accompanies my awesomeness of and gratitude for  all of the many blessings in my life
  • Make an affirmation card that sits on your desk, computer or use an app on your phone . I have used heart shaped post-its and this sits on my computer. These words are from Louise Hay’s  Your Can Heal Your life Affirmation kit.All-is-well

  1. I’m a new reader here and love your gratitude challenge. Being thankful is something I do every day but I’ve never actually written my thoughts down. What a wonderful idea – to record your gratitude so that you can refer back to it. I need to go check out the start of your challenge now!

  2. Hi Suzie. Abundance takes so many forms, one has to simply notice and acknowledge that it is there, just waiting for us to see it. My abundance manifested itself in the form of old relationships being renewed while cleaning up my LinkedIn mailbox today and I saw an old message from a colleague who started his career with me in a previous job. On a whim, I wrote to reconnect and the joy of picking up connection again is mutual. We are arranging to meet up next week for coffee and catch-up. Life is good when people are happy to hear from you after years!.

      How wonderful you have written your post on visualization. I love how abundance appears often when we are least expecting it, the more we acknowledge it, the more abundance we attract to us.
      Yes it is wonderful when someone from your past appears aand often you pick up where you left off. 🙂

  3. I am going to track my abundance on my blog. I’ve never been much of a journaler. I’d like to see what happens. As it happens, I’ve been fighting “the blues” on and off for the last month or so (due to a personal situation I don’t have much control over) and I hope this will help drive the blues away for good.

      that is a great idea to do it on your blog- makes you accountable too 🙂 No we often can’t control external situations, what we can control is how we react to it
