When I appreciate
and love myself fully,
judgement falls away,
joy expands,
there is trust,
respect just is
and I feel
the peace within.

Hi Suzie,
That’s a hugely lovable post. And it augurs well for all of us who need to love ourselves ,but dont. What i feel is that we need to beware of some things.
Become aware of your self talk; what is that voice inside your head saying to you all day? Jerry Bruckner
Do you hear yourself as you go about your daily chores?
Probably not.
We are quite prone to a continuous mind chatter.Only it is inaudible. But do you know, this self dialogue has enormous potential to elevate your confidence?.And the ability to live a fuller life?
Well, to cut the chatter short, your self talk just revolves around one thing.Your thinking.
What you think is what you speak.Even to your own self. But the effect is phenomenal.Your life actually meets its twists and turns riding the chugging train of your thoughts.Stop them, change them ,or get rid of them;the influence….. is perceptible.
Thanks
Mona
Hi Mona,
Thank you for your inspirational comment, love the post inspired that. Once we are more intune with the whispers of our heart the nudges and messages come I find when I am doing daily chores, walking etc. . I say watch the thoughts you think andthe words your speak as thess will define your day ♡♡♡

Well that does make my heart sing Viyoma 🙂 thank you ♡♡♡
Oh my goodness! This, this, this I need! Thank you, Suzie. Sometimes I fall into the trap of being an ungrateful human being. I must constantly remind myself to count what I have, not what I don’t have. Thanks for the reminder and the inspiration.
Your comment makes my heart sing, yes get you journal out and count your blessings- check out today’s post which has an exercise that might help you
♡♡♡
Hi Suzie – so simple. Indeed – like a whisper. For many, self-judgement is the most difficult. Many years ago, I was telling my mom about a woman I worked with who was nasty and bitchy to all those around her. My mom’s response was, “Can you imagine if she focused all that anger onto herself?”
People like you (and ME!) who focus on love towards others and themselves are lucky. It’s luck that comes with HARD work, but love is nourishing and like pansies – it spreads so quickly.
Thank you for sharing your warmth and goodness. HUGS <3
Hi Judy,
So true and it is good to acknowledge that it does come with hard work and so many people are not prepared to do the hard work, which can be so much fun wonderful to meet you. Great story by the way, just imagine what she was doing to her heart ♡
