When we are grateful, we let go of the fear. We open our hearts, allow the love and abundance to flow – Suzie Cheel
Welcome to Day 7 of The Heart Whisper Gratitude Challenge:
(If you’re only just catching up with us today go here first to find out what you need to do to get ready or just start at the day you have arrived at. The previous days are listed at the bottom of each post in PINK)
Today’s guidance from the angels is Blessings in Disguise appearing today :
“What appears to be a problem is actually part of your answered prayer. You’ll understand the reasons behind your present situation as everything resolves. Trust in heaven’s protection and infinite wisdom to answer your prayer in the best way.”
“The angels sent you this card to help you recognize the blessing in the midst of an apparent challenge. What you’ve appeared to have lost needed to fall away, and will be replaced with something better, Have no fear for your future, but continue praying and following the guidance that comes to you through repetitive feelings, thoughts, visions, and words.”
One door closes, another one opens
The “how” is up to god with respect to the best way to answer prayers
Release the need to control and predict the outcome to this situation
Trust
Today have no fear for the future
Today’s Activity: Is to first write down five things you are grateful for today and then count your blessings one by one as you did yesterday. Then take a minute and use the short Yellow Chakra Meditation to release any fears that maybe surfacing. Our yellow chakra determines what we believe about ourselves, it is where we develop our self esteem and become empowered. This is also where our fear factor develops and the one area where so often one can get stopped.
When you are Grateful fear disappears and abundance appears- Anthony Robbins
Until tomorrow keep touching your gratitude rock and counting your blessings and release any fears..

Letting go of fear, through gratitude. Yes – this is true wisdom and a very good reminder – thanks!
Welcome Susan, thanks for visiting and commenting, nice to meet you ♡
Your post is so lovely and reassuring. I just love angels and the idea that problems are blessings in disguise. Yes, having gratitude and counting blessings every day are the secret to being happy.
Hi Cathy, thank you yes angels are magical and support us in many ways, thank you for commenting ♡
Letting go of fear is one of the biggest gifts we can give ourselves.
Hi Carol yes when we let go of fear magic can happen ♡♡♡
So true, Suzie. I have had several occasions recently where something appeared to have gone ‘wrong’, only to find that it was actually a blessing in disguise, and I ended up being much better off. Whenever this happens, I see it as a reminder to trust whatever’s happening and let go of worrying about it. Sometimes easier said than done, but whenever I do, it always works out for the best, even if it’s not obvious at the time. Blessings, Andrea
Hi Andrea, delightful to see you her again today, yes trusting in those times when everything seems to be going wrong can be a challenge. Once we do though it means we are also usually listening more to our inner wisdom our Heart Whispers
