we all find it a challenge to take that special time for oneself and i know that that 2 children would make it even more so. I was impressed to see your children learning meditation. You area great role model for them.
Ho’oponopono is simple and so effective – say it while driving, when you need a lift

  2. Hi Suzie,

Oh yes, I do take me-time….although I should do so more often! With two kids to mind, it is a constant challenge to make time for myself. However, when I start to feel stressed out, then I know I need to connect with nature, meditate, draw, read or do inner healing work. Simply being on my own can be rather therapeutic!

I have not tried Ho’oponopono but I hope to one day!!
