    Your question aligns with the one I share with my clients to ask on a daily basis, and which I sometimes forget to ask, “Is what I’m doing taking me closer to my goals?”

    This medical stuff is kicking my butt — right now I’m spending all my time listening to what my body needs. And she wants to sleep! I still haven’t regained enough concentration to do much reading but I’m starting to manage a who movie from time to time. (Thank goodness for streaming — I can always go back and recapture the middle if need be.) I’m curious to find out what will come of slowing way, way down like this. Thanks for a good post.

My joy- and sending love and healing to you and your body, and keep listening to your body- you might remember this is something I know only too well and when I choose to ignore my body and it’s whispering I always go backward.   3. “What you want wants you.” That so true! I’ve hit my reset button so many times it just looks at me, with a grimace, and says, “Go ahead, but be gentle.” I always look forward to your post and can’t wait to see what you write next!
