Scoring My Passions

Now I have taken The Passion Test, I have discovered my 5 top passions. It’s now  time for me to take the next step. I go through my top 5 passions that I have identified and I rate each on on a scale from 0 to 10. 0 means you are not living your passion, 10 you are living your passion. It also will give me clarity on where I am putting your attention.

You might find as I did that some of your passions are maybe at 10, some closer to 0. The Passion Test suggests that the ones that are high are ones you have established a habit for. The lower scores need some habit forming and what is suggested is to wear a rubber band on your wrist for the next 30 days. This is also a practice that is suggested in the book 1277108131
