Reigniting My Creative Spirit Day 9

Day 9: I broke out today, I heard my heart whisper: bigger paper Suzie time to be bold. I used acrylic paint (I have been using watercolors) a fork and surf wax comb were my brushes. I felt freer, more child like, I heard my inner critic come in as I was painting and say: “careful it could become like mud!” I knew that there was a heart to complete this painting  so I left it to dry before I painted what I see as my opening heart.

I have made a video so you can see the process I used.

I think my creative spirit is freeing itself.

As part of this process on Monday I started using the Inquiry Cards to ask a question Today’s was : What needs to change?

I followed this with drawing a card from  the Wisdom of The Realm Cards from Collete Baron-Reid and out came Card for the day: The Phoenix: resurrection, surrender to change! How amazing, the synchronicity  that just is. 🙂
