Do You Find It Easy To Be Trusting in YOU?
The word TRUST has been coming up for me this week. Maybe this is my word for 2015?
I used it in the first edition of the third volume of Weekly Heart Whisper, which went out this week.
This morning I woke up at 3.30am! I rolled over and used Ho’oponopono which usually sends me back off to dreamland: not today. I decided to listen to the replay of the special session I had with my coach last Thursday to get my blueprint for 2015. As I listened and revisited the outcomes, I heard that to achieve my dreams (read goals), to really have made my business, Abundance, Creativity and Self-Love for Wild Souls the engine of transformation I have been planning, TRUST has to come into play. BIG TIME!
My heart was whispering yes Suzie you can do this! I heard my confidence on that call.
Yet trusting one’s intuition and following your heart whispers can be challenging.
After listening to the recording, I did something that I have come to believe is a NO NO first thing in the morning, I opened my facebook on my phone while lying in bed and before I did my meditation. I used to always do this and loved connecting with my friends across the sea as I start my day. Their night time, problem with my night time is they are all asleeep.
I have listened to so many people saying, do not jump into facebook, your email etc before you have done your spiritual practice, your 3 MITs ( Most Important Tasks) etc. etc,…….
Well today I had fun and felt energised, I like inspirational posts, shared images, joined a couple of great conversations and answered
Chris Zydel’s great question: Yes and I spontaneously wrote TRUST.
I then realized that I was stifling my joy by following other peoples’ rules. I don’t like rules anyway. So part of me had stopped being true to me.
By now it was 5 am and I meditated to the dawn chorus and then read a a few pages of A Course in Miracles. I started doing this last week after finding it tucked away in a box when I was unpacking. I was drawn to start at the beginning and read the book. I have done the workbook previously, yet I have never read the book. It is the right time now, it may take me a year to read it , a few pages a day. I know it ties in closely with letting go of fear, to really let the love in so it can shine out.
When I am trusting the whispers of my heart, life flows and I have a feeling of lightness within. What I decided then and there was that I needed something as part of my morning rituals that tapped into my really trusting my plans, my next steps and following through. I was feeling positive about the future and now had 3 actions I would take to build on my trust of myself:
- I had visualized the mind map I was going to make to make an action plan for my blueprint. Now to take action on that today
- Make a vision board of my A team, so when I was wavering I had a reference point
- Create a new Heart Whisper exercise to bring in the trust energy
I am experimenting with a new Heart Whisper exercise. I will do this to the Heart Health music that Regina Rose Murphy gave me a part of my healing journey. I’ll let you know if it works for me and increases my trust levels. If so I will be adding it to my Heart Whisper Coaching program and will make it as a gift to my Heart Whisper Tribe. You have joined?
I would love to hear what you do to trust your heart whispers?
with love and gratitude

Great insights, trusting our heart whispers seems to release us from the bondage of following the rules, it gives us a sense of freedom. love your post. I’ll be sharing this with my social network friends. Thanks.
Thanks Lynne, so happy to have inspired you and thanks for sharing♡
I certainly relate to the early morning wake-up call Suzie. In fact I’ve learned to use them to my advantage when I have been struggling to come up with a solution or make a particularly challenging decisions. I’ll spend a few minutes before I go to sleep thinking about the issue just asking myself “how” to resolve it. The amazing thing is how often the answer is there waiting for me in those first few minutes after waking. Sometimes it happens right away, other times it takes a few days, but I’ve found this nearly always works for me. Love your images and inspiration!
Hi Marty,
I like your evening ritual- I sometimes do that, I will make myself a note by my bed to remind me in future.
Thank you your comments always delight me namaste xxoo
Suzie, as usual, you make me think. The Emerson quote is resonating loudly for me. I have — still, at this advanced age — trouble with hearing and trusting my own instincts.
Being sick again (and that’s why I haven’t gotten back to, sorry) has given me another opportunity to listen to my instincts and clear space for rest.
Blessings!
Sue
Hi Sue,
I totally understand the getting sick issue, it is usually always for a reason.
Rest seems to be what my body needs to heal.
Yes I loved the Emerson quote. What is it that stops us trusting our intuition? Self-Love?????
Talk soon
Suzie
Suzie,
You reminded me of what I learned to call phantom rules. They are the rules that aren’t really rules. As a single woman, I’m bombarded with the dating rules. Who made them up and why should I follow? lol
I like that you recognized that you were giving your power to someone else. For me, FB is off limit before other things. I don’t do that because other people say it’s the way to be but rather because it’s what my intuition has guided me to. It’s easy, as business owners, to get caught up in other people’s rules. I love the reinforcement to follow my own intuition.
Hugs,
Michele
I love that Michele,
Phantom Rules yes there are so many of them out there- don’t know about the dating scene, but there sure are for biz and life…….
I know what you are saying about FB, but I get joy 🙂

Self trust is one of the most difficult things we must learn to do in life and your blog gave the reader steps on how to achieve it and why they should. You explained it not from book information but rather from experience and your heart. Thank you for sharing this with us, your readers.

Welcome Kathleen,
Yes self-trust along with self-love- maybe it is part of it ? Your comment makes my heart sing thank you Namaste ♡
Wonderful Suzie…. I sense freedom in your words here too…
by realising that if you do Trust your self and listen to our own Heart Whispers, then we are freeing ourselves from those restraints of other people’s rules.
thinking about this, I often feel restricted or rushed or out of sorts for a few moments… and I think I am shifting myself into a learnt pattern of restriction, that was never made by me!
I am going to pay more attention at these times and listen to those Trust Whispers 🙂
Yes Jacs there is freedom there- what I have to do now is keep the momentum up. It is so easy as you have mentioned to feel restricted and love that you have called them trust whispers- I may borrow that 🙂
love
Suzie
