Welcome to Day 30 of The Heart Whisper Gratitude Challenge: Release Into Love

Releasing what no longer brings me joy, creates space, and allows the new to manifest. My grateful heart smiles and gives me an inner namaste.

Today’s Card:  Life Review  from The Archangel Oracle cards  by Doreen Virtue. So timely as we come to day thirty of the Heart Whisper Gratitude Challenge.

 Today’s Message

Message from the card:  “It takes courage to look at your life. Yet, if done with compassion and a sense of humor, you’ll grow and learn from a life review. I’ll help you take stock of where you’ve been. We’ll look at that you’ve learned, and how these lessons are a valuable asset for today and tomorrow. We’ll also notice life patterns that aren’t serving your highest good, and we’ll take steps to release those patterns.”

Working with Archangel Jeremiel:One of Jeremiel’s purposes is to help newly crossed-over souls review their lives. He also helps those who are still living to make life reviews.Take time soon to be alone, and ask Jeremiel to help you review where you’ve been, what you’ve learned, what patterns you’re ready to release, and what you’re grateful for in your life.

Today’s Activity: 

We have just experienced a month of counting our blessings, giving thanks and increasing our abundance and more. Take note of the words from the card and use them for reflection.

“look at that you’ve learned, and how these lessons are a valuable asset for today and tomorrow. We’ll also notice life patterns that aren’t serving your highest good, and we’ll take steps to release those patterns.”

Then get out your journal, go to your quiet place and centre yourself. Take in a deep breath, breathe in love, breathe out gratitude and say Thank You, Thank You, Thank You and just sit in stillness and allow any images, sound of feeling to surface. Record  these impressions and let your the words flow onto the paper. Note emotions that arise.
Then write out why you are grateful for you, your life, this challenge.  Take note of things that you feel need to be released to allow the abundance to flow, for healing to take place……..
Then thank yourself for what you have done. Put your hands together in prayer position and give yourself an inner namaste.

Namaste is something my partner Des and I do every morning and have done so for 12 years or more. We place our hands in prayer position and bow, while connecting our eyes and silently say “The divine in me honors the divine in you”
Mahatma Gandhi said that Namaste means:
“I honor the place within you where the entire Universe resides; I honor the place within you of love, of light, of truth, of peace; I honor the place within you, where, when you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me, there is only one of us.”
I learned to do an inner namaste to honor myself from Brandon Bays.
My  Gratitude for today and the challenge are:
  1. I am grateful for all of you , the new heart whisperers I have met along this journey, and I am grateful that you have been inspired, have shared your joy and your challenges.
  2. I am grateful for the insights I have gained from doing this challenge about my life and my business. I am making some changes which I will share in next week’s Heart Whisper Inspiration.
  3. I am grateful that day by day I have been trusting the whispers of my heart and following their guidance. This makes me feel full of love and gives me feelings of peace.
  4. I feel so blessed that daily I can feel my abundance growing as I focus on the abundance I have daily in my life
  5. I am grateful to me for finishing this 30 day challenge, writing 31 blog posts, in the past this has been my achilles heel.
  6. I am grateful to Sue B Zimmerman and her free consult session today to get my Instagram rocking and for the clarity it gave me

  • Still using your gratitude rock?  I was reading today the Lee Bower  suggest you use your gratitude rock daily: Say  the phrase: Everyday I choose to be in an attitude of gratitude. I get to chose how each day begins and receive the positive energy that accompanies my awesomeness of and gratitude for  all of the many blessings in my life
  • Make an affirmation card that sits on your desk, computer or use an app on your phone . I have used heart shaped post-its and this sits on my computer. I often use words  from Louise Hay’s  Your Can Heal Your life Affirmation kit.
  • Record the abundance you notice each day in your journal
  • Now celebrate when you notice abundance, celebrate the evidence of it in you life. Do a happy dance, say: Look what I attracted to me! Do this every day for the next 7 days and share any ahas in the comments

Today’s Card:  Divine order from  The Archangel Oracle cards  by Doreen Virtue is the card for sure today. When I started shuffling it flew out and I decided to put it back in and kept shuffling and it was the card I drew.

 Today’s Message

Message:  “A win-win situation is brewing, one with solutions that are fair to everyone involved.  This requires you to have blind faith that Heaven is working behind the scenes to extract the highest good for all.  Ask me to buoy your faith if it wavers.  Use positive affirmations and prayers to keep your spirits high.  Above all, make sure that your conversations about this situation involve positive and optimistic words and phrases.  You’re so powerful that your positive thoughts can speed the resolution along even quicker.”

Today’s card comes as we are on the second last day of the challenge I found very enlightening.  Remember back to Day 2 when we set our intention for this challenge. What has happened for you? I know for me there has been a big awakening in many areas of my life and I have even more to be grateful for than I did 29 days ago and I am seeing more abundance. I have had a real wakeup call.Take the words from the card:

Yesterday I was back in that state of overwhelm,  spinning my wheels, I had done it again! Thinking I had 48 hours in a day nor 24! You know that feeling? 🙂 So as we come to the end of this challenge and month’s end it’s time to take out my to do lists and take some quiet time to plan August asking the question : what do I really really want?  I am going to do my own Clarity through contrast exercise.

Today’s Activity: 

Collect some affirmations and quotes that will help you to stay in the state of gratitude, stay believing, having faith sometimes is a challenge when you can’t see the results.

Today’s Card:  I was guided to change decks today to The Archangel Oracle cards and when I drew  Gifts From God I thought what a wonderful follow on from yesterday. Maybe we still have some work to do on receiving and asking for help. 🙂  I know do.

One of Archangel Sandalphon’s roles is to deliver and answer our prayers and he assures us that every prayer is heard and answered. Call on him when you need help in allowing yourself to receive. Part of the responsibility of claiming your gifts is knowing that there is no scarcity, and the more you share your gifts, the more gifts there will be for you.

Today we are going to give ourselves the gift of reiki.

Today’s Activity: Using Reiki

Today’s post  was inspired by my friend Heather’s facebook post, in that  I was reminded of the Reiki prayer. It reminded me that I had not been using my reiki channeling for many, many months. This is the third sign I have received in the past 3 weeks. I originally learned Reiki I and II I believe to help heal Des from a skin challenge he had back in 2005. I also used it for my own healing journey

Reiki.org defines reiki as: “A Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It’s administered by laying on hands and can be easily learned by anyone.”

This video Learn Reiki in Ten Minutes explains very simply what reiki is and gives a great introduction, plus teaches you simply how you can bring reiki energy into your life today. I like how Randolph Shipon says the feeling of gratitude to be the foundation of reiki.

Today’s Card:

Let-Yourself-Receive“Allow others to give you loving care. Receive without guilt or apologies.”

 Today’s card is  Let Yourself Receive” When I drew this card I knew that today’s post would change from what I had planned. I have a friend I know this card was for.  Maybe it touches your heart strings too? Sometimes when the universe stops us in our tracks, especially with health issues, as I found out, there are many lessons to be learned. One of the big ones is allowing yourself to receive help, followed by asking for help. It is something I know that graciously receiving and asking for help is still a learning process for me. 🙂 It is not easy  to receive or ask help when you always put others cares before your own and letting others down becomes more important than looking after your own needs.

“Gracious acceptance is an art – an art which most never bother to cultivate. We think that we have to learn how to give, but we forget about accepting things, which can be much harder than giving…. Accepting another person’s gift is allowing him to express his feelings for you.”  ― Alexander McCall Smith

When we receive we replenish ourselves and balance our energies. By allowing yourself to receive, you begin to go with the flow and this  washes away negative energy, limiting thoughts and brings in new form of abundance, creative ideas and new opportunities. Great reasons to open your arms wide to receive and allow the love to flow in. Your heart will whisper Thank YOU.

You might have noticed that the challenge posts are coming out later, I didn’t factor in the time each post was taking, so today i was going to make a video and then realised that it would be another hour or so and other things on my to do list would get relegated again, especially getting The Heart Whisper Oracle Cards completed. I decided to ask Dr Google to find me a video that would be perfect for today.  I went looking for one on receiving and was led to one on Asking for Help  from  Mastin Kipp at The Daily Love.  When we ask to help we do have to graciously receive, which keeps us in the flow of life.

 Get out your journal as when you watch the video (3.00) How to ask for help and why it’s awesome,  note any feelings or reactions that come up for you when you are watching it.  Today’s card “Watch Your Thoughts‘ is a great reminder to be conscious of the thoughts we think, the words we speak and the images or pictures we make. What we put out to the universe is what we receive. The Law of Attraction is the science of attracting more of what you want and less of what you don’t. So when we are thinking I can’t, we say I can’t afford to and our picture are maybe that of lack, we will get more of that.

When we listen to the whispers of our heart and follow the guidance we are moving closer towards getting to what we do really want.

 Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes. ~ Carl Jung

I listened to Joel Osteen Service on TV  on Sunday and got another message on why we must change our thinking.  Start talking, thinking, seeing like  what you do want as it is going too happen.

This ties in beautifully with today’s activity where we are going to start on creating a gratitude vision board. This is a time to think big, have positive thoughts, speak about what you do want and seeing your desire as being.

Today’s Activity: Making Your vision Board

So you have taken the time to vision what you really really want in your life? Written it down?  Maybe you are stuck? I often can’t see the wood for the trees, so I understand.

There is an tool I use in my coaching, the Clarity through contrast exercise.  We sometimes have to as Michael Losier says: “Observing contrast is essential because it helps you to become clearer about what you you want to do”

Onto the Vision Board:

I have started on a new board. I am making this in Keynote, you can use Powerpoint, Presentation in Google Drive or Open Office. I am adapting a board I made earlier this year. Taking off the things that I have manifested, like my new Imac and a new Galaxy. I make these in Keynote as I can change the images, print it out, make it a screen saver and put it on my on my phone.

What I am doing now is referring back to the 7 Wonders of You Exercise  from Day 18 and writing out affirmations that I may incorporate into the new board.

Welcome to Day 25 of The Heart Whisper Gratitude Challenge

Today’s Card:

The message from the card signifies that the next card you pull from the deck is surrounded by divine magical energy! Pay special attention to this card and follow it’s message.  The Divine magic card indicates a spiritual gateway has opened for you and at times like this you manifesting powers are heightened. It’s time to expect a miracle. As Wayne Dyer says: “ I am realistic — I expect miracles.”

Use this time to focus upon your desires. Not sure what you really really want? mediate, pray and ask for guidance. I like this card:) Thanking my heart and my guides for the support for my desire. This is a good time to close your eyes and visualize your desire manifesting.

Well I went ahead and drew the next card Make a Wish, “so make a wish and enjoy the coming manifestation”  I was then guided to draw the next card and Dream Big  the topic we explored on Day 22 emerged. Then I decided it was time to make our Gratitude/ Abundance Dream boards over the weekend.  My plan to do this last week did not happen and I allowed that to be okay. Maybe I was waiting for this sign? It feels NOW is the time.

Summer’s quote embodies a lot of what we have been doing through the challenge and today we are going to take action on out vision.

Today’s Activity: Vision Your Desires

It’s time to daydream. Dream BIG and see yourself manifesting these dreams. You might take 10 minutes or an hour to do this, whatever feels good for you. Really get into the feel of your dreams and desires.

This video (2.36 minutes) will get you into the your visioning space.

Now take time and vision your true desires.  You might put on your playlist from yesterday. You can sit or lie down. Have a notebook by your side.  Write down words that come to you during your visioning session. You may discover a sentence that touches your heart.  It might be just one word.  I have clients who have had wonderful success just using just one word,  Freedom and built their vision board around that word. Then went on to manifest their vision.

Daily Activities: Choose what feels good for you

  • Write down five things you are grateful for today- maybe focus on being grateful for times in your life that have had you walking a different path
    Count your blessings one by one as you started to on Day 6. 
  • Use Hoʻoponopono if you need to relax, center yourself  or to be forgiving of you.
  • Breathe in Love Breathe out gratitude from Day 16
  • Still using your gratitude rock?  I was reading today the Lee Bower  suggest you use your gratitude rock daily: Say  the phrase: Everyday I choose to be in an attitude of gratitude. I get to chose how each day begins and receive the positive energy that accompanies my awesomeness of and gratitude for  all of the many blessings in my life
  • Make an affirmation card that sits on your desk, computer or use an app on your phone . I have used heart shaped post-its and this sits on my computer. I often use words  from Louise Hay’s  Your Can Heal Your life Affirmation kit.
  • Record the abundance you notice each day in your journal
  • Now celebrate when you notice abundance, celebrate the evidence of it in you life. Do a happy dance, say: Look what I attracted to me! Do this every day for the next 7 days and share any ahas in the comments
