Allowing Abundance

“Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into.”
~ Wayne Dyer

Welcome to your first step in Allowing more Abundance to flow into your life.

“Whatever we are waiting for – peace of mind, contentment, grace, the inner awareness of simple abundance – it will surely come to us, but only when we are ready to receive it with an open and grateful heart.”~ Sarah Ban Breathnach

We are surrounded by abundance in our lives everyday. Sometimes when there never seems to be enough time in the day we can miss seeing and feeling the abundance that we do have. When we begin to record the small things that happen on a daily basis we have reference point to refer back to. So if we are having an OFF day and feeling that we don’t have enough we can open our journal and be reminded of the abundance we have been experiencing.

We are going to start by creating a journal you can put in yout wallet or purse and have with you at all times. You can choose to use a small notebook too. If you do choose to use a notebook, find a picture or do your own painting or drawing and put this on the cover. Make is something that feels special and date each daily entry.

Here is the link to download the PDF that shows you step by step how to make this from one sheet of paper. You can make you own plain one and add you own picture of abundance or  you can download the pretty version I have made here. There are 2 links- ONE A4 and One US letter  If you print out the colored version you may have to trim the edges before you do the folding.

When you have you journal ready start to note down any instances of abundance that you have attracted into you life. You can do this as it occurs or at night before you go to sleep. This is usually when I do mine along with my gratitude journal.

Have fun, and leave a comment below.
